Stan Harville, Executive Director
As the Executive Director of HC*EXCELL, Stan Harville oversees the day-to-day operations of the foundation, as well as the building of relationships in the community that will allow the foundation to flourish in the future. As a retired educator, Stan deeply understands the importance of the HC*EXCELL mission. He sees education as a great avenue to improving the quality of life in Hamblen County. He visualizes his role in the foundation as a convenor, collaborator, communicator, champion and challenger for our school system and our community. Together, we can make a difference!
Stan’s many qualifications include:
39 years in the field of education
30 years with Hamblen County Schools as a teacher, coach and administrator
Certified ACEs ( Adverse Childhood Experiences ) trainer through Building Strong Brains TN
